The CO2 Desert Eagle Airsoft is a Powerful, Blowback recoil, and has the highest FPS (up to 400 fps) out of all 3 types of airsoft pistols. The CO2 Powered Desert Eagle Airsoft Gun is the most powerful of the 3 types of desert eagle airsoft gun and is the top of the line when it comes to BB-gun istols. The fps is extremely high and can go up to 400 fps. That’s more powerful than most airsoft rifles. If you get one of these pistols then you’ll be the envy of all your friends. The number 2 and less powerful than the CO2 but just as good is the Desert Eagle Electric pistol. The electric powered Desert Eagle Airsoft Gun is the second most powerful of the 3 types of desert eagle airsoft gun and has a more robust and menacing look than the CO2. This airsoft gun will be useful as a backup gun when you’re in an airsoft match when your main weapon runs out of ammo. One of the advantages of having an electric powered gun is that the bb pellets will shoot out as if you’re shooting a rifle.
There is no such thing as pulling the trigger everytime. All you have to do is hold the trigger down and point and aim. Out of the 3 types of guns, the electric one is probably the most popular as it’s slightly cheaper but more powerful than the spring type.
Desert Eagle Spring
The cheapest of them all, don’t even think of bringing one of these to an airsoft battle. You’ll get eaten alive!
The spring powered Desert Eagle Airsoft Gun is the cheapest of the 3 types of guns as it uses a spring powered mechanism. Don’t be fooled though, just because is cheap compared to the other two, it doesn’t mean that it doesn’t perform well. The springs can be so powerful that the bb pellets can travel upto 280 fps at about 50-60 feet. This type of Desert Eagle model is cheap as chips. Beware though, dont’ even thing about bringing one of these to an airsoft match! You’ll get owned. The spring version is more or less for fun, something for shooting in your back yard. Desert Eagle pistols are highly popular with private collectors and gun enthusiasts, and thus desert eagle airsoft pistols are very popular among veteran players. Needless to say, this wonder pistol is owned only by the well-to-do. RedWolf praises it as larger and more powerful than TM’s higher-priced version, and at the $80 price, it’s significantly cheaper than most other pistols I’ve seen, which usually don’t go below $120. Also, they claim the internals are the same as TM’s Desert Eagle, but this is gas, and TM’s is electric.
But this monster pistol surely packs a whallop, specially when you get a high capacity magazine for it. Good for those who prefer using the big guns. Aside from the pistols size (which is not an issue for me) they are great sidearms, or primary’s. It felt weak, and when firing seemed to have lateral roll on it. The fixed slide design means all the gas is used to propel the BB, giving the large 8mm projectiles excellent hitting power! Which means that this monster mofo of a pistol fires in semi and fully automatic mode. It is not a blowback, which means the top-slide does not move back when you fire it. If you have small hands, this pistol is not for you. The pistol grip is big.
